Garment Vault is a UK-based luxury fashion retailer specialising in carefully curated designer clothing and accessories. While recently launched under the Garment Vault name, our business is built upon over five years of experience within the designer fashion space, having previously operated under other established trading names.
Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that all items offered are 100% authentic. Each piece is sourced through trusted suppliers and verified distribution channels, and undergoes internal checks to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer delivery across the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, while express delivery is estimated at 1–2 working days. Please note that delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on demand, courier operations, and product availability.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. During peak periods, processing times may be extended slightly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Your Rights
We operate in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. Following cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accompanying materials intact. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If you require an alternative size or item, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an appropriate resolution in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include a repair, replacement, or full refund.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. While we take every care to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and, where necessary, cancel or amend orders prior to dispatch.
Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, all items are subject to availability and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
International Orders
We currently focus on serving customers within the United Kingdom. For international enquiries, we invite you to contact us directly and we will endeavour to assist where possible.
